Question Which Motherboard is this......?


Can you people identify which Board is this


It is a year 2001 Motherboard

It was running WinXP on it but from last few days It has a Problem it cant run Windows XP
I changed all of its Component only Processor & Motherboard is untested
so i think i must update its BIOS
May be this solved my Problem
but i cant understand where to get its bios

looks like a PIII Asus mobo using Phoenix Bios.
post another pic which doesnt hav the transparent plastic cover on top.

dude just use CPU-Z & post the results

CPU-Z is a freeware that gathers information on some of the main devices of your system.

CPU

Name and number.
Core stepping and process.
Package.
Core voltage.
Internal and external clocks, clock multiplier.
Supported instructions sets.
Cache information.

Mainboard

->Vendor, model and revision.
->BIOS model and date.
->Chipset (northbridge and southbridge) and sensor.
->Graphic interface.

download- Latest version CPU-Z 1.40
