I hardly have seen them in India. You can find Transcend 1GB 800Mhz for around Rs 3500 here.

But if you can take the risk of International Shipping, you might consider G.Skill 2GB Micron D9 4-4-4-12 - Rs 7500 Approx (include Ship)
