Angry problem with motherboard

problem with motherboard
im facing a strange problem with my motherboard

im having a geforce 6150 mobo
GIGABYTE GA-K8N51PVMT-9 F4

athlon3000+ and kingston value ram

recently my pc stopped booting up
no beeps, no display, power led on , hdd led blinking sometimes,
cd drive led blinking constantly as its reading

i thought ram has gone corrupt so i replaced it with another spare transcend module but nothing changed so i got it ram is ok i also checked ram on another pc its ok

next i removed cmos battery for 2 minutes and reinserted it
ie i cleared cmos and this time system booted up perfectly and worked fine

then after booting up when i restarted pc again it wont boot up no beeps, no display, power led on , hdd led blinking sometimes,
cd drive led blinking constantly as its reading

again i removed battery cleared cmos
it would boot up
ie every time to boot i have to clear cmos by removing battery

so i thought my cmos battery has gon bad so i replaced it with another battery from old working 845 mobo but same problem system wont boot up

ie battery is ok
i even checked my psu its ok

when i clear cmos by removing battery then only system would boot up
i have concluded that my processor is ok
ram is ok
cmos battery is ok
psu is ok

mobo has latest bios revision
problem is with mobo but what is problem any clue??

to boot up every time i have to clear cmos by removing battery

i have checked ddr volttage , core voltage ,cpu temp
every thing is fine system is healthy

help me out i have warranty left

a64 3000+ geforce 6150 mobo 512 X 2 kingston value seagete 80x2 gb raid0 sams 940bw audiligy value2 altec lansing mx5021

Angry Re: problem with motherboard

every time i reset the cmos battery bios defaults are loaded automatically

second pc does not restarts
ie even i try to load optimised defaults and save and exit setup pc needs reboot but i have mentioned it does not restarts
so ihave to remove battery again to boot and when i reinsert battery bios defaults are loaded automatically so no chance of manual setup

.....
