Is the fan connected to the motherboard socket???
if not then it wont show it
if it is connected with only 2 wires then again it wont show its rpm
To see the rpm u need a fan with 3 wires & connect it to the mobo.

What configuration are u running & what software are u seeing these temperature data?

and if you got the system FAN attached on motherboard also.. and you get a standard Rs.50/- FAN then it wont show speeds.. as it is not having the sensor.. to report speed.. you can get a coolermaster FAN for that.. as local fans do not report speeds..

just go to your bios by pressing DEL at startup.. now got to boot options and set the first boot device to hard disk and disable removable devices as you dont have that... and also search for quick boot option in BIOS and enable it if not enabled.. and save and exit... now your this problem will be solved,,
