Default Problem with D915GLVG

My configuration is as follows:

P4 2.66 GHz, D915GLVG MB, 512 MB DDR RAM, 80 GB SATA HDD, 40 GB PATA HDD, SCSI Yamaha CD Writer, LiteOn DVD ROM, LG 17" LCD TFT...

I use APC UPS 500VA. My pc was working without any single problem for last one and half years.

Day before yeaterday, it refused to start. When I pressed the power button of cabinet, the LCD glew but nothing happened. So I doubted on the SMPS and it was actually not working.

After changing the SMPS, the PC starts i.e. Fans of SMPS and CPU are working, one additional fan attached for cooling is also working, but nothing is displayed on the monitor, it shows "no signal". I tried to remove each components like HDD, RAM, CD/DVD drives, but nothing happens.

What could be wrong? Any hints? Or my motherboard is dead?

The VGA Cable is fine. I tried to reinsert it several times after cleaning, but no help.
