250 Gb @ 5/6/7 K ?

hey guys ...

i m planning to get myself an external HDD of capacity 250 GB from abroad....i wud like to know the brands which provide the HDD in the range of 5-7 K ?
my friend got himself a 250 GB HDD of the brand Nexstar for 7 K ! Is it a nice brand ?

i wudn't like to spend more amount on it than 7 K....

n wat r the features that account for a good HDD ?

You can find 250GB External staring at Rs 3300 and get it shipped for 20-30$ making it less than 5K

Seagate, Maxtor , WD all come with External HDD

hey ...3.3K is a lot lot cheaper .....no plans of getting it shipped coz my i'll get it for myself on my own from abroad ...n wat r the models available ? it shud have a nice data transfer speed..
