DVD Combo Drive Problem

HI...............

Can Anyone Help me?
I m facing a problem with my DVD Combo. Drive is not shown in "my computer" and when system reboot and a disc is available in the drive, system does not boot with DVD-ROM.

"Wires and Power Supply are OK"
