i want to purchase this configuration on hp or comapaq or lenovo. will u pls give the actual cost idea.
must required with allready installed vista
pentium-d or cor 2 duo processor
mobo(best quality with great sound and graphics clearity)
160 gb hdd
dvd combo \writer
lcd 15"' or 17""
512 mb ddr
good quality speakers
windows vista installed.
other-no metter
please tell me what is its price.

one thing about HP & Lenovo is you have very Limited Option (configuration).
Dell offers custom configed. PC's.
this new HP Pavilion a6000 & a8000 series Home PC look sexy  with all black theme.
current model on shelf (a1600in) offers ONLY Vista Basic

You can get your PC assembled by an engineer which is cheap, long lasting, and warranty/guranty for each and every part in the PC. U just need to buy Win original or pirated(if u r comfortable with viruses) or simply install linux which will bring down the cost of win about 5~10k

no friends at prsent i have best config in assembled pc but before 4 months i have comapq pc. branded is best in quality. so plz give me cost idea

check DELL, they start from 28K (Vista Basic included).
yup Branded is the best, we dont have to run here & there, we dont have to do bargaining, BIG Customer Support, EASY XP/Vista installation -just pop in disk, run system recovery & thats all, it'll automatically install ... pre-installed Image editors, CD/DVD burners...

yes i visite ur link of dell pc. and i think it is good. but in graphicly and sound quality which one is best?
compaq-hp or dell.

in Dell you can make your own custom PC, they offer Gfx. card (7300LE)... audio is almost of same quality in both HP (coz of onboard chip).
get the Dell Dimension E520 desktop, it comes with Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo Processor E4300

Apple's offerings are good. I'd suggest you a Mac Pro, as the other models offer very little customization. Mac Pro has about five million possible configurations.
Doesn't come with Vista though, you'll have to pay extra for it.
You can use Boot Camp to run Vista, though I strongly recommend you to use Parallels Desktop.
