fan noise problem

i've just assembled a 2.8 ghz Pentium D procy......earlier i was using an amd sempron 2500+.....ever since i've switched this thing on, it is making much more noise compared to my earlier procy

is this natural or is there any fault with my fan instllation....

is it from Procy. fan or SMPS fan.

if procy. fan, check whether RAM is fitted properly, & check for loosely connected cables.

cud be that fan is not properly installed

try using screw up tightly with the cabined... and also avoid the touching of wires and cables inside to the fan...
