@Devrathnd

go for the ASUS M2N PV-VM mainboard,
It has an Nvidia GeForce 6150 Chipset(Northbridge) and Nvidia NF430(Southbridge),

this board has full support for shader model 3, directx 9.0c and is hardware ready for vista premium,

it even has a hdtv output module,

for 4000-4500 bucks its real value for money.

@Devrathnd both 6150 and 6100 have sader model 3 but they are mediocre at playing games do not expect for great graphics.

K9NGM2 it had firewire and video out option

motherboards with 6100 and 6150 chipsets have integrated graphics nvidia geforce 6100/6150. though these graphic solutions are only for vey casual gaming and not comparable to a dedicated gfx card, they are one of the best onboard graphics (better than any intel integrated graphics or intel GMA). so for casual gaming they r ur best bet. otherwise to enjoy games go in for a gfx card
