Cool Which are Best Dual layer DVD writers out there?


Hey there guys i wanna know the best dual layer dvd writers out there along with their prices as i am planning to back up my data.Thanks in advance(I will thanks after ur replies too)

Liteon.. sony... models. But wherez da dual-layer media not many available.. & certainly not cheap

dual layer media's not available so easily ...n if u get it for urself it will be so expensive ...got 1 Dual layer DVD for Rs. 350 for myself in New Delhi

HERES A NEWS I WANT TO SAY...
sony dvd writer i took 13~14months before.. its giving a hell lot of problems..
LG dvd writer i took nearly same time for my dad's business(used too often and more than home pc) and still no problem..

You are sadly mistaken my dear,amongst the available brands right now, LG,BenQ have the BEST drives.

FYI,

BenQ DW 1640 is already a legend. One of the best DVD writers ever produced.

Because you are trying to teach someone else. Every knows that samsungs drive sucks & LG is good drives now.

@orionz, you had problem with LG doesn't mean that all LG drives are bad. I own a Liteon DVD writer and it stopped reading CD's after 10 days. None of my friends has that problem with Liteon writers.

I would agree that samsung is the worst of all as everyone who bought samsung optical drive in my friends circle had issues with it.

as of now, I would recommend

Liteon <- Sony <-benq <-LG
