I am planning to buy Motherboard with Processor that supports Quad-Core .....DDR3....

Intel G35/P35 or better known as 'Bearlake' chipsets are the ones supporting DDR3.Since current boards already support Quad Core, its common sense that the boards based on P35/G35 will support Quad Core.
Motherboards based on these chipsets are just around the corner, not yet launched.Mostly they will be launched in DDR2 models first and then DDR3 ones for better acceptance from the consumers.
DDR3 will debut with speeds of 800,1000,1066,1333 MHz
Later on DDR3 will come in 1600MHz. As was the case with DDR2,Jedec specs have horrible latencies for them.IIRC 1600MHz ones will have CAS 9

Nothing to worry though, performance memory makers will do some extremely high binning and get Kits with lower latencies at high speeds out but it will take time.
DDR3 is rated to work at 1.5V
Expect 4GB kits to be common in the near future and at affordable rates. The future is exciting
