slow speed Transcend flash drive

i have Transcend JF V30 flash drive
my friend have same Transcend but my transfer speed is very slow
if i copy 550 mb video clip on my Transcend it transfer whihin 10 min
and my friend Transcend do this job in 3 min
can some body tell me what is problem???
i format it from mformat but no speed boost

If your motherboard does not have USB2.0 then speed will be less.
