Default File cannot transfer or copy

I'm trying to back up my harddisk but it did not copy or transfer to a harddisk and the error says like this

Cannot copy <filename>: The drive cannot find the sector requested

Is there other way to back up files???

There should be some bad sectors on your drive. Check it using its official DISk Manager.
