i m doomed , plz help me

i have upgraded my huawei mt882's firmware to a version dated july 6th 2005. now the problem is my router is mt882 , and after upgrade , it has become mt880. also i m facing many line drops. my network activity gets disconnected frequently.

i should not have upgraded the firmware ( it was june 20th 2005 )

please help me to revert my firmware to the default one.

also i have tried those huawei posts in the forum , but the downloaded bin files are not recognized by the control panel of huawei. it says something like invalid file.

i dont have the original firmware ?

i have downloaded it from ur forum , but it cant be used. it is in .bin file

what do do now. it doesn't work. invalid firmware upgrade.

Generally firmware disasters are irreversible. The coding is embedded so either you need the original version , else ..
