Airtel connection disconnects aften

My airtel 128 kbps unlimited connection for Rs600 disconnects often like in about 1/2 hour.But reconnections always succeed.So why is this happening ?

I am using D-link GLB-502T router and i configured it to work like a bridge cause of connectivity probs in a torrent site.And using ethernet connection.

So probs with reouter or OS or ISP or what ?

I was also facing same problem. Just uninstall your network card driver n reinstall it.

there is no problem in ur ISP.just chk ur network devices.

95% chances are that D-link GLB-502T has faulty firmware.

Go search around some bsnl forums for this model and u will get many person complaining abt this router.

Even i had one and got it changed to PRONET. Now am happy (did i say happy ?)

Just reinstalled my NIC driver and trying .......

and ^^ do know where to d/l the firmware as it is not in the dlink website.

yeah thats true (no firmware on site).
Even i tried searching for this model on site and couldnt found one.

Get it patched at nearest D-LINK RMI center. Their customer care will guide you (time is 9am-9pm).
