Any One Know Remote Assistance

Any one know how to provide remote assisstance through vpn using Broadband Connection .Kindly help me how to do that using bsnl Broadband connections

U need to install a third party remote assistant s/w for that
also enable Remote Control in ur XP

I don't know about vpn but from a standard internet connection, its very easy.

Note: Both the comps. must have Remote assistance installed and both must have MSN passport. Send a Remote assistance request from one computer and it will be recieved in you passport acc. then you can provide.

No gurantee that it will work.
