Default HDD prob

I have a 40 gb HDD which has 4 partitions , with xp installed in C.
Recently some files got corrupted(i mean 2 or 3 files)
After running chkdsk, a problem was reported.. some volume...bitmap....
I ran it with /F the next time and after the system rebooted, there were no problems when i ran chkdsk. But after some 2 or 3 reboots, the same problem crops up.
I also completely formatted the partition( not quick format),and there were no problems initially, but later the same thing happened.
This time no corrupt files, but the chkdsk reports error
Here's the report after the chkdsk
Code:
C:\>chkdsk
