Need For Speed Problem

i have nVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 128MB AGP. Since i cannot use it in my board, i let my frens to use it. his board in Mercury 865 series(dont know the exact). Need For Speed: UNDERGROUND 2 was running fine wit his onbaord graphic( at 640X480), but cannot run with the graphic card. i gives an error saying that it has encountered a problem and need to close. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Prince Of Persia: The 2 Thrones, SWAT, FEAR etc...etc...etc... were also running perfectly. I format C:\ and even reinstall windows with latest graphic card driver but wont run. Processor is P4 @ 2.8Ghz, RAM is 2X 256MB. plz help

check for the patches if available for nvidia card ..
then check ..and also read the file read me..comes with the game..

maybe its high time you upgrade the drivers for your graphics card. and also check for any bottlenecks in the system using SiSoft Sandra.

whats the driver version of the card.. dont use the latest one..
