My New Pc - Tell What To Do ??

GUYS, I AM latched up

here for a new pc. But i'll have to wait till Budget + Q2 fall of prices.

Now tell me what to buy - as straightforward as that.

My purpose -

a) Very less gaming ( Dont play the latest freaks, PLAY AOE 2 CONQ, IGI 2 - ..... but u guys just leave gaming apart )
b) Video encoding & editing
c) Surf, chat, n surf.

I am on budget trail so pls be sympathetic towards my pocket-money.

Cant go beyond 26,000 ( 1-2,000+ still affordable )
I already have LCD, speakers.

I wanna be future proof so am starting with Core 2 Duo straightaway.

Will buy a C2D E6600. The idea of E6300/E4300 dropped cos in Q2, price difference between E6300 n E6600 is almost nill ( ~40$ = Rs. 1800 ).

So here is my Fantasy Thought - initial built I am basing on.

E6600 ( Rs. 10,000 in Q2 ) ( + will try OC 3GHz )
MOBO - I have a few options in my pocket, but u tell me what to do -
BASELINE FOR MOBO IS = Cost about Rs. 4300 - 5500
Shud have Integrated Video - Nvidia 6200 > 6150 > 6100.
( Yep, I'll use integrated graphics only n prefer Nvidia 6150 )
Mobo be OCable quite a bit.

HD - 1 x Seagate 3.0 Gbps SATA 2 500 GB
or
2 x Seagate 3.0 Gbps SATA 2 320 GB
( Depends on budget left )

NEC or Benq or LITE-On DVD rewriter 16X ( Rs. 1800 ). Really noob in this department, but want best one out there. Many users say NEC 3540 / 3520 Kicks A**. Tell me what to do

RAM - Corsair 1 GB 800 MHz DDR2 - I think 800 Mhz has been reviewed as much better than 667 MHz, So I wanna grab it. ( Rs. 5500 ) ( Tell me the best Corsair DDR2 model - Value or other ... )

Tell me which mouse - Is microsoft Intelliexpert really much-configurable. Any other best Mouse + Keyb - within Rs. 1000?? I dont drool for wireless btw. That's too much bucks.

COOLING - Do I need any ?? - till i keep OC under or about 3.0 Ghz ? If yes, then tell me best within budget only ~ Rs. 1000.

ZEBRONICS Cabinet - Peace / Antiboitic / Other ( Rs. 2000 ). Tell for best ones.

SMPS - Tell me, as i am not much into gaming, but quite some video encoding. So from my purpose point-of-view will, Zebronics SMPS that comes with Cabby is enuf, cos buyin other quality SMPS wud dent my budget n i think, the one that comes with zebronics, wud be quite Fine. ( Rs. 0 )

happy for about 1.5 - 2 years i think. And That's enuf.

Try to give as much info possible when telling + Also refer full model no. + Cost etc.

hey..u have mentioned everything wht u want.Than y r u asking.

U have mentioned that..
U need sore 2 duo....n many more........N ur budget cant go beyond 26k.
than forget this confrigation..or wait for smtime,till the price go down.

For keyboard n mouse-I will suggest logitech

ur budget does not permit ur fantasy...E6600 proc on a mobo costing around Rs.5000/- is a no no.

Why not ??? E6600 on a MSI P965 Neo (6500) does darn good , and can take an oc of 3 GHz easily ..

Definately NOT possible...reason
HDD - 1 x Seagate 3.0 Gbps SATA 2 500 GB

PLUS

1GB 800Mhz RAM

PLUS

DVD ReWriter "the BEST one out there" ... as he put it...those 3 items alone will cost him approx Rs.15000/-

His budget is Rs.26000/- + maybe 1-2000 more

So he is left with MAX Rs.12000/- for:
E6600 + Mobo + Cabinet + SMPS + mouse/keyboard = Which vendor is selling all those for just Rs.12000/- ... let me know and I'll purchase it in bulk and sell it at a profit.
