Default Usb Malfunction


Hi All,

I have recently bought a Dj tool which runs on USB Power....I have installed the software of the Device 1st as specified in the manual and then attached the device to the USB drive...at 1st it recognises then after 10 secs it gives this error...
"One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it"

i tried installing the drivers of it but also same problem...Formatted my Pc 3 times and tried it..but also same error...my friend who has bought it along with me uses it on MAC and its running fine on that...i tried all possible trouble shooting methods but no use....

Can any one help me on this...

my Pc config..
AMD Athlon 64 Bit 2.0Ghz processor.
Nvidia motherboard.
1Gb ram,200 GB Sata HD
Windows Xp pro Sp2

Attaching to front or back panel USB

if front panel USB then check ur connections on mother board
