Default Occasional Booting problem

Hi,

I have a couple years old PC at home... When I boot it after nonusage for a day or so, it has trouble starting up.... I have to press the power button in the front panel and the SMPS power switch in the back a few times before it starts... Usually, I use it in the mornings and nights... If I use it both times of the day, generally there is no problem... If I skip one session, sometimes there is starting problem, and if I skip a day or two, the problem appears...

Any idea what could be the cause of the problem and how to resolve it?

Arun
