Default Help me in selecting SMPS

Hi...
I want to buy a new SMPS under Rs 2K . My power requiremnets is around 450 Watts ( by being on safe side). My system config is

Asus K8V-X Mobo
AMD 64 2800+
XFX Geforce 5700 LE
2*512 + 256 MB RAM
120 GB Seagate Sata HDD
80 GB Seagate IDE HDD
40 GB Samsung IDE HDD
Sony CD Rom
Sony DVD RW ROM
3* 80 mm fans
One external HDD

After reading the forums I came to know about following brand of SMPS
Zebronics
Powesafe/Vip
Antec
Cool Master

Now last two are very expensive..so out of my budget. Also came to know that Powersafe not available here in Delhi. So that leaves me to Zebronics....

Is there any other good option ? Or have anyone found a Powesafe retailer here in Delhi...

I was earlier using Matrix 350 W SMPS ( China made.. marketed by some Nehru Place company ) It started giving problems like my HDD started making clit clit noises... I changed HDD but after 1/2 days of usuage again same problem. yesterday I changed powersupply to low 300 W Mercury SMPS ( got from friend) and removed all peripherals like CD Rom etc and now hdds running fine..

Please help me out guys... I want to get SMPS as soon as possible...

Also tell me ur opinion on Color It SMPS

Dont Go For Zebronics, they are very noisy

if your motherboard BIOS has any Fan Control thing, then only consider it.

i just bought a Zebronics cabinet with Zebronic SMPS, it's like this WHOOOOOOOSHHHH all the time.

I also could not find powersafe & had to purchase Zebronics 400watt SMPS alongwith Frontech "Royal' cabinet.

SMC international in Nehruplace had coolermaster though, but quite expensive.
