Actually US prices are similar to Indian prices. Just indian taxes added which you will have to pay anyway.

IMO order of cheapness: singapore > dubai > Taiwan.
According to my experience Dubai is the cheapest but many people have told me bout the low prices of singapore.

Singapore is the best to get hardware.
