Default bad sound at startUP


guys plz help me out i am having aproblem...! when i start computer particularly when after along time gap from last shut down, a verry sound comes from my SNPS fan, as if some thing is blocking it, it happens immediatly when i press the power button, sound can be noticable from other room also. then whn i switch it off and give and start it after some time, the sound goes off or if i manually rotate the fan with a stick in switch off condition and start again it goes off., It heard verry funny i know but it is true, plz try to help me to resolve it.

Your SMPS fan has become old. Open the SMPS and clean the dust accumulated. Then carefully oil the Fan Bearings. A detailed description about oiling the SMPS fans can be found here
