Need a best tv tuner card under 2K

Hi,
I want to buy a TV tuner card for my PC.
I dont have any idea about that.
Which is the best "Internal TV tuner or External TV tuner card"
And which is the good one under 5K.
My requirement is video capturing,Remote,Fm.

For video capturing you need internal (externals can also record but they are very exp. then) so internals are very much fine they dont give surge if you have your own dish or you use a surge breaker.. Disconnect the wire in storms..

under 2k you can get Pinnacle and in 1k intex and techcom .

you can get nvidia in 3.5k also they are good(best)

otherwise Pinnacle is the best

Powercolor Theater 550 Pro based on the ATI Rage Theater 550 chip is the best tv tuner you'll get in india. Will cost around 4.5 grand.

I was not aware that internal have more facility of recording, can u recommend a particular Pinnacle model for wide screen 20 inch lcd.

Will the TV be at its default resolution or does it get stretched due to wide screen.

I could not find in nehru place the Powercolor Theater 550 Pro based on the ATI Rage Theater 550 chip, any one know a shop who stocks it.
