Default no display


my pc config is p3
128mb ram
cmi8738/c30x audio
display agp

as machine was working properly in my office,
1)but that time i was getting very small sound when i was pressing as the speakers were new creative ones but when i transfered the speaker to my house pc it was working properly
2) when i took my office pc to residence ,and i pressed the power button there is no display nor beep sound, just monitor led was yellow
smps fan working
processor fan working
cdrom led blinking
hdd led might be working
pls help me as soon as possible

what would be the proplem

was the beep coming before !!! i canbe possible that your ram is loose but no making bios go beeping , and if a display card is installed then it can be loose too.. try opening the cabinet and check for connections anD

FIRST CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ATTACHED MONITOR , to the correct port as when a dedicated GFX is installed (IF IT IS INSTALLED) then sometimes people plug the monitor in onboards port ..

before one beep used to come when it was properly working
in office microtek monitor was there but in residence samsung monitor is there

that make the difference when windows is booting but you are not getting any display.. so CHECK YOUR RAM AND IF U HAVE INSTALLED A GRAPHIC CARD check that too... cant be a SOFTWARE PROBLEM I SUPPOSE...

JUST PLUG YOUR RAM OUT AND PLUG IN back,

it seems that while traveling your system had jerks and some parts got loose

also check your power connectors ..

Clear the BIOS too by removing and putting back the CMOS battery again.
