My uncle has that, i dont like its Display (complete crap). but Sound Quality is really superb.

you should see them for yourself, there maybe better models in XploD range.

pioneer has best displays but only buy with original bill otherwise u might get a defective or duplicate piece...
ur budget is low end so u cant go for components which is the best option for good quality sound sys
i suggest go for 4" coaxials in the front(sony xplod) and 6X9" coaxials(JBL) at the back...though to be honest u'll get only above average sound from this setup

for a good quality sound u got to include component speakers in the front and an amplifier....but that will definately shoot ur budget to arnd 25K
