Default Upgrading-need advice


guys i am upgrading only my procy,mobo and ram.i have decided on :

Athlon64 X2 3600+ AM2

MSI K9NGM2(will be using onboard graphics for now and will add a pcie gfx later)

512 MB DDR2 667 RAM(will add another stick later)

please tell me the prices of the above and also if there is a better option.also what will be the expected performance in games of the above system

512 MB DDR2 667 RAM 3K (transcend)
