Question Suggest Me a Motherboard supporting DDR and DDR2

Guys Please suggest be a good motherboard supporting both DDR and DDR2 type of memory..(both found in India and abroad)..

If it supports D or C2D it will be an added advantage..

DDR and DDR2 have different types of slots. So, I am not sure whether any Mobo Supports both these.

Mercury PI915GVM

Specs: Socket LGA775, PCI-Express architecture, Onboard Intel graphics,
10/100 LAN, Four USB 2.0 Ports.

Supports up to 2 GB DDR as well as DDR2 memory at 400 MHz and 533 MHz respectively. Six channel onboard audio

Not Sure if the mobo has Sata ports so check it out at

http://www.mercury-pc.com

Also I don't know the current price. Probably it don't supports Dual core or core 2 duo processors.
