Default 19" monitor, any suggestions?


I am currently on a 15" monitor, and looking for an upgrade.
now, for 17", i know syncmaster 793s is the best.

wanted options for 19".CRT's only.i am on a budget.

Dont buy CRT. Save money for as long as it takes to buy an LCD. It is well worth the wait.

Samsung or Viewsonic would do.

Stick to Samsung SyncMaster 997DF 19" CRT monitor. It's has a resolution of 1920 x 1440 and a dot pitch of 0.2 mm. Good one.

definately... LCDs are more preferred.... great colors and size... will do good to ur eyes too

In chennai last month samsung LCD(Wide screen)19' monitor was about 14,000
while buying choose Wide screen (its good to watch movies)

LCD become too costly in these ranges, also not good for gaming.

how much does Samsung SyncMaster 997DF cost?

GO FOR DELL MR991 CRT GREAT RESOLUTION AND COLORS with enhanced constrast and braghtness controls and is at a good pricing

My friend got it for Rs.14500/- few months back. Don't know the price now. It comes with 3 years warranty.
