Default bad dvd format or bad dvd rom


last month's digit dvd didnt work on my pc.rom doesnt read the devd even.thereis no crack or scratch on dvd evn.all other dvd's work fine.evn previous versions go pretty gud.
i have dual core 2.8
1gig ram
dvd rw sony
this dvd works perfect on my friend's pc.what can b problm?

You should have the following requirements:
16-bit hi-colour
Display set to atleast 800x600 resolution
IE6 or above
Flash Player 8
