DRU-830A or DRX-710UL

Hi everyone,

My friend wants a new DVD Writer. And he has Sony DRU-830A or Sony DRX-710UL External Drive in mind. Can you please suggest which one to go for??? Are Exetrnal Drives better than the usual cabinet one's????

External ones are costlier but portable

If your friend need mobility then go for external one....other wise go for a internal one and save some bucks.

I just want to know which one is better performance wise. For him cost is not a factor!!!!
