Need Help in Buying a new Motherboard!!!

I 've been looking for a decent motherboard for last few months.My old motherboard is nothing but load of problems.I live in New Delhi & i 've asked almost all major shops in Nehru Place but i didn't get any good one,now they are saying that there is no motherboard for AMD SOCKET 939.
I m kinda not looking for a change of my configuration cause short of "BUDGET" & also waiting for the slashing in the price of C2Duo & something new from AMD.
Now i m looking for ASUS A8N-E or any motherboard with nforce 4 chipset.It doesn't matter what the brand is,i can pick MSI,GIGABYTE or else.I prefer brand new but i can also go for any used one!!!

Send me the price for motherboards of ur nearest dealer (preferrably New Delhi).
Also is there anywhere i can purchase online from who can ship to my place?
