i dont think you can overclock those old P4 CPU to that extent though you might try a bit. Adding RAM will improve system performance.

Another stick of 1 GB ram will definitely help

Well , most of the 7900GS's can do 600/1600 i.e. 600/800 with the stock cooling ..

Its a prescott rite ?? If so then u can easily oc it to over 3.6 GHz ... a 3.2 GHz should easily do 3.8 GHz without oc'ing the RAM .. but make sure ur current load temps. are below 55c. ..
