TV Tuner for 19" Widescreen ??

Hi...

Please suggest me an external TV Tuner Card for my Samsung 19' Widescreen LCD...

Is USB TV Tuner cards are necesarry for LCDs??...

Also, do TV Tuners support 16:9 screen resolution... or will it display in 4:3 ??

I'm max confused about this stuff... budget is around 3.5-4K...

There r special tuners for LCD monitors , promising to deliver d perfect mage quality for LCD monitors . In case u have an LCD screen it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that u go for d one specifically made for LCD monitors .
Brands like Leadtek , Pinnacle n Pixel View offer spcl TV tuners for LCD screen.They r external TV tuners , connecting thru USB 2.0 stdd. So make sure u have USB 2.0 ports for connecting these tuners .

Check for features like - 1capturing/ 2 time-shift (pause,rewind,instant replay) /3 scheduling (automatic recording) remote power on (turning pc on from shut down state with remote ) /4 POWER UP scheduling (diffnt from "scheduling" - pc TURNS ON automatically at a particular time for recording ) /5 recording tv shows DIRECTLY into COMPRESSED (DivX) formats .
