Default Best UPS

*What is the cheap and best 700VA UPS? My budget is Rs.2000/=or something more.
Model number and price along with some details of the UPS?

Well i am using a Microtek ups for the past 5 years n not faced a single problem

apc ups r supposed to be very good

Either go 4 an APC or ITeon (produced by Libert).Both r good but ITeon will be costlier and better.

Actually there is nothing called a best UPS. They are the most unreliable and unpredictable. I have seen Microtek UPS run for both 5-6 yrs as well as less than 6 months. Some nameless brand can run for years without problems while even APC can break down after 1 yr, as it happened to one of my friends.

^^^ I agree - but the UPS with a very good reputation is this model of APC. Supposedly a better model then the other UPS's available locally .... I dont have a price but I have heard it is a little expensive...

I am using apc 600 va ups for the last 4 and 1/2 years .. without any prob whatsoever ..
