Default APC - UPS issue

How to set time so that whenever there is a power failure UPS make sure that comp automatically shuts down after 2-3 min or watever time we specify. I tried with the power option in screensaver tab but was not able to understand it. A process called ups.exe runs all the time ...... can someone tell me how to set the time.

The page whose link I gave mentions this UPS model on top and says India and gives the link for the software download.... <shrug> ....

There is no USB socket on the UPS ? If not then there is no way to get this software to support this UPS.
