SG 250GB sata2 16mb ncq-3900/-
SG 320GB sata2 16mb ncq-4750/-
__________
whats your budget for the PSU and also the max load u gonna use the PSU for? If its regular use any 400w would do fine, but if u use high ent config for heavy apps like gaming or animation then u should go for a gud brand with at least 450w.

Last i heard, the 16MB cache doesn't do that much good in real world terms. Sometimes it is even slower than the 8MB...
