Help me build Game PC under Rs.40000/-

Hello Friends. Please help me to build a game PC which will cost Rs.40000 (+-5000) and I must be able to play all latest games.
I would appreciate if you would also be able to give the best configuration along with price.
Is there any new Dx 10 card coming?

Please Help me guys as I know very little about computer hardware.

If my maths is not wrong, that is nowhere near 40000./- bro You are way overshooting his budget :S

then its difficult to get a good gaming PC for 40K
If he buys that he wil be able to play all games.
he won't have to change the pc for abt 3-4 yrs

Do I need separate Sound card. why?
For now I can settle with my old SyncMaster 793s, Sony DVD writer, And Creative Speaker. I don't require these new things to play a great games.
And one more thing should I use Wireless Mouse/Keyboard or not?
