How can i update my bios??

Hav an ami bios.Tried uniflsah to update,was unsuccesfull.How can i update it??
Flash rom chip - winbond F49002U/5V

PCI chip set - sis 650+ITE I8700/05F

There is no need of that winbond chip..
You have asis chipset but You didnt tell which make tell your MOBO make here . EXAMPLE:ASUS,MSI, JETWAY,GIGABYTE or so.....
and the model no. or only company also can do..

My mobo is Kobian 650 GL Ndsmx.

yes...there is one bios update setup which can be installes as a general software installation in any OS.Just download the appropiate setup from the motherboard manufactures website.
