Default hard disk compatibility ASAP


hello everyone,i have a a samsung 80gb sata 1 hd at present.it wasnt sufiicient
so i decided to buy a new hd, it is the seagate 250gb sata 2 drive.I have asus a8n-e mb which supports sata 2.so the question is will the new hd work with my
80 gb disk.will there be any compatibility issues or performance lag.give the answer by tomorrow evening as i will have it installed tomorrow.

i dont think theres anything to worry.. only thing that would be downside is that you would get slower data rates while transfering data from sata2 to sata1 when compared to sata2 to sata2..
