computer upgrade

current system AMD sempron 2400+ with 512MB DDR ram

Upgrading to either AMD X2 or Intel c2D within 25000

Here is my AMD X2 upgrade config
1)Processor : AMD X2 3600 AM2 - Rs 6100
2)Motherboard : ?????
3)RAM : 1GB DDR2 Transcend RAM - Rs 4600
4)DVD-Writer : Sony 820A - Rs 2000
5)Harddisk : 320GB SATA2 Seagate - Rs 5000
6)Speakers : Altec Lansing 251i - Rs 3600
7)Cabinet : Any 450W - Rs 1500
8 )Mouse : Any optical - Rs 250

Please make changes in the config ..
Cant decide the following things
Motherboard - ASUS or MSI or Gigabyte ASUS M2NPV-MX good ?
DVD writer Sony 820 good or benq
Harddisk - how to know NCQ supported or not
speakers - need tight bass , clear quality sound

If possible give C2D equalent within the budget with those 8 things.

The total of all the things dat u hav listed above is Rs.23050.Including d price of mobo u'll cross ur budget 25k.A C2D config u'll cost u more dan a X2 config

2)Gigabyte 6100 motherboard - Rs 3700 (6150 chipset model unavailable)
3)320GB seagate SATA - Rs 4470
4)Zebronics 400W cbinet - rs 1300
5)iball full extended multimedia keyboard + optical mouse combo - Rs 530
6)Sony DVD writer DRU-120C (box packed) - Rs 2100
7)altec lansing VS 3251 5.1 speakers (with wireless remote) - Rs 3800 (bymistakenly given VS3251 instead of 251:clap: )
8)1GB transcend DDR2 - Rs 5100 ( not available )
note::
gigabyte mobo heats up a lot .
SATA no speed difference
SOnt dvd writer giving sounds,read speeds are less,writing speed is good (trying to get it exchanged for liteon)
altec lansing VS3251 not at all good.. stay away from cheap 5.1 .. better to get mercury, frontech 5.1 .. and do not waste money on these..nothing special in it at all .. bass is muddy at high volume
