Gigabyte 965G-DS3 or Asus P5B-V in Bangalore

I'm looking to get one of these boards ( Gigabyte 965G-DS3 or ASUS P5B-V) boards for Core 2 Duo setup.
Can anyone give me some feedback about either of these boards and their pricing or availability @Bangalore.

Seems like both the boards are not available @Bangalore.

Any other 965G based board with some overclocking potential and AVAILABLE IN INDIA/BANGALORE?

GO FOR ASUS AND VISIT in.asus.com for dealers in bangalore and this board costs around 5600/- (incl taxes)
