Talking Need a suite for the party


I m thinking to bye either Intel pentium D930 or intel pentium D945 ,Does it support/suite my mobo Intel 915GL-V chipset.

I think not....you can install it in your 915 series of mobo....but pentium D...the dual core processing is only enabled if you have 945 series mobo....it means it actually work as Single core processor.
so you can't get the juice....

Now a days why don't you go for a lowest C2D ?

yeah, 915 does not support pentium -d and also not C2D processors.

The cheapest Intel mobos dat u'll get for P D now are D-101 and D-102.

mean i have to buy a new mobo ,,what mobo all of u would like to suggest me in cheap but performence sould be good.

It depends on whether u wud use DDR/DDR2 ram.If u use DDR den buy Intel D-101 else buy D-102.Both deliver good performance.

Intel 915GL-V chipset based mobo has only DDR Ram...so if you go for Intel D101Ggc mobo you can use your existing RAM.

But if you go for D102Ggc mobo you will also have to buy new DDR2 RAM

I think it'll be better if u buy a C2D or X2 based PC.Both will be far better dan Pentium D.
