HP deskjet 3535 catridge compactability errors

hallo friends,

help me.i used to use refill for my black catridge and it was working.one fine day an error appeared as replace black catridge and also the blue light start blinking continously. after removing the black catridge,the blinking stopped and i was able to print using colour catridge.

now i bout an original black catridge and installed.still the same error message appeared and the blinking of light.again after removal of the same i am able to print using the colour catridge.

i had called the HP service centre for help.but they said that since my guarantee is over they would not attend the problem as they attend only gurantee servicing.

now what to do?is to true that HP give service only during gurantee period?in that case where to turn for help?

i had tried cleaning catridge and catridge cradles etc,but of no use

what sort of problem with black catridge?i have installed a brand new original HP black catridge. still the same result.
can someone give a useful reply?
