Question LG 15" Monitor gets "out of resolution".

Why my LG 15" Monitor gets "out of resolution" when I set the resolution to 1024X768 at 70 Hz?When I enable system properties to show me only modes that this monitor can display, it shows upto 1024 X 768 at 70 Hz. But it only supports upto 1024X768 at 60 HZ. When I set resolution to 1024 X 768 at 70 Hz, the monitor gets out of frequency. Why this happens. This means that my Monitor can Support 1024X768 at 70 Hz, as per Windows, but it gets out of resolution at that resolution.
