which one do you think is better?? cause the cost is almost the same...

The C2D is d best,but 2 get its full performance will hav 2 buy either a Asus P5B DLX(supports OC& price Rs11000) or a Intel D965RY(Rs.7000).But cost of mobo for amd X2 3800+ is Rs.4200(Asus M2N-MX it support oc)

Yup i'v OCed the proccy to 2.5GHz witout any probs and on stock cooling,the ram OCed to 800MHz.

Core2Duo. It's a well known fact that even the low end core2 duo matches top end X2 in performance. Hope AMD takes the performance crown soon.

Core2Duo is better in terms of performance at less power consumption. So enhanced Battery life.
