help me buying good notebook pc

hello all.....

i ve decided to buy a new notebook pc...
i ve gone thru some models in DELL.. i ve a tentative choice of buying dell xps 1020...

it can be as costlier as 65000...

is there any other good models???
is there anybody using the above said model??? is so leave the pros and cons here!!!
its doesnt have integrated webcam and fingerprint protection..
i heard that there are few other models(in lenovo,HP or in DELL itself) with these kind of stuffs at the same price of 65000...i am encouraged by DELL's FREE UPGRADE PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME.....
where can i find a good deal in chennai????
