Default Help Needed!!!!!

Guys I need some serious technical help.My comp started acting crazy,actually when i turn it on the power led will glow but it will not turn on.after a few mins it will start by itself.
last time this problem came i got my mobo replaced as it was in warranty period but now it has started again.I use a UPS and ive checked all the power cables.

Had a similar prob. wit my prevoius pc.Mine was due to faulty SMPS.So get ur SMPS checked/replaced.

ya actually when i got my mobo replaced my assembler also replaced the smps.
and i thin the power supply is fine because it works fine second time
